Orders placed on working days before 4:00 PM will be shipped within 2-3 working days. The standard shipping costs within the Netherlands are € 6.75.

Returns
You can return your online order within 14 days. Please ensure that the item is unworn, with the original packaging and any price tags or accompanying accessories. Note: the shipping costs for returning items are at your own expense. Include a note with your name, order number, and the reason for returning the item. This saves paper and ink, or a trip to the copy shop if you don't have a printer. Pack the item well and preferably use the original shipping packaging, provided it is not damaged.

We advise you to send the item with a track and trace code. Keep the shipping receipt until the package has arrived with us. We are not responsible for damage to return shipments or for items that are lost. Therefore, do not forget to write your own address details on the bottom of the package. When we have received your return and the items are still in original condition, we will ensure that the money is back in your account within seven working days.
